About this product
Dihexa (also known by its research code PNB-0408) is an oligopeptide derived from Angiotensin IV, originally developed at the laboratory of Dr. Joseph Harding at Washington State University. Each capsule in this pack contains 10mg of Dihexa, the dose most commonly referenced in self-reported community protocols.
These capsules are supplied for laboratory and research use only. They are not licensed as a medicine by the MHRA and are not intended for human consumption. By purchasing, you confirm you understand the legal framing set out on our UK Legal Status page.

Why £99 for 30 capsules?
Raw Dihexa peptide is expensive to synthesise to research grade. Each capsule contains 10mg of compound that's third-party HPLC tested and dispatched from the UK with full traceability. At £3.30 per capsule, this works out to a conservative one-month supply at the most commonly referenced starting dose (10mg/day).
We do not undercut on price by sourcing untested powder. Every batch has a Certificate of Analysis available on request.
Important context before you buy
Dihexa is not licensed as a medicine. There are no completed human clinical trials of Dihexa itself - the related prodrug fosgonimeton failed its Phase 2/3 LIFT-AD trial in September 2024. The evidence base also has integrity questions following the 2014 Benoist et al. retraction. We cover all of this honestly on our Research & Studies page.
The theoretical c-Met oncogenic risk and the lack of long-term human safety data mean Dihexa should not be treated as a casual supplement. Please read our Side Effects & Risks page before deciding whether this product is appropriate for your research. Dihexa is also banned by WADA in competitive sport.
If you have any cancer, precancerous condition, or are immunocompromised, do not use this product. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before using any research chemical.

Yes. Dihexa is not a controlled substance under the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971, nor is it listed under the Psychoactive Substances Act 2016. It is sold strictly as a research chemical and is not licensed as a medicine by the MHRA. Read our full UK legal status breakdown.

Fosgonimeton (ATH-1017) is a phosphate prodrug of Dihexa developed by Athira Pharma for clinical trials. Raw Dihexa - the molecule itself, as supplied here - is what the original animal research used. See our Fosgonimeton & Athira page for the full distinction.
